用途特點：XH-YQ-01型智能控制發泡材料圓切機是我公司對國內、國際制鞋、服裝、布類等市場發展趨勢進行調研，并結合國內外海綿圓切機的結構，獨立研制開發的新產品。該機采用PLC電腦自動控制系統，高精度圓柱導軌、自動磨刀等先進機構，可將發泡成型后的海綿進行各種規格分切成型。主要是把圓柱狀海綿連續切成自動卷繞的薄帶狀，切削時運用阿基米德螺旋線的原理，將圓柱狀海綿切成連續的片材。成品可直接使用，也可通過復合機復合后使用，廣泛應用于服裝、鞋材、裝飾、地墊、床墊、沙發等多種行業。

Machine adopts the PLC computer automatic control system, high precision cylindrical guide structure, automatic grind to cut sponges foamed and shaped into all kinds of specification, it is mainly continually cut the cylindrical sponge into automatic winding slices of sponge. The finished product can be used directly, but also can use after laminate through the laminating machine, it is widely used in clothing, shoes, decoration, cushion mattress, sofa and the other industries.
