用途：主要適用于砂紙、海綿、皮革、布類等產品的上膠復合印刷工藝，特別適用于砂紙與絨布上膠復合并印刷。

特點：該生產線采用大烘筒羊毛毯帶壓合與長烘箱烘干優化組合的復絨技術、絨布印刷及短烘箱烘干的一體技術以及拋光海綿平臺接頭與絨布熱熔接頭的組合技術，通過帶有羊毛毯帶壓著的大烘筒壓合與長烘箱烘干使得拋光海綿復絨的速度大大提高，通過印刷裝置印刷與短烘箱烘干使得拋光海綿復絨印刷一機完成，通過設置拋光海綿接頭平臺與絨布熱熔接頭裝置使得換卷時間大大縮短，提高了生產效率。

Usage: Mainly suitable for abrasive paper, sponge, leather, cloth products such as glue compound printing process, especially suitable for sand paper and flannelette rubber compound and printing.

Features: The production line adopts the large cylinder long wool blanket with pressing and drying oven drying optimized combination of complex pile technology, short flannel printing and drying oven drying technology and polishing sponge platform joint with the combination of the flannelette hot melt connection technology, through a woolen blanket with large drying cylinder pressure and pressure and long oven drying greatly improve the speed of polishing compound sponge cloth with soft nap, through printing device with a short oven to dry polishing sponge compound flocking printing machine to complete, by setting the polishing sponge joint platform and flannelette hot melt connection device greatly reduces time of the volume, improve the production efficiency.
